I am the same way, i work in a dental office and we give our patients a gel thats called desensitizing gels. get that from your dentist, use the bleaching one night and the desensitizing gels the second night and so forth. it works. thats the only way i can bleach my teeth now.

I have used Opalescence and it does take a long time but it works very well. You should start using a toothpaste for sensitive teeth while you are bleaching. It will help out with your teeth being so sensitive.

Forget it – they are all a bit of a con – i used the one with the ultraviolet light – didnt really work – well not as promised anyway. The best way is to go via your dentist. A guy i work with had his done 3yrs ago, cost him £500 but they are really really white even now

They advertise a sample for only the price of shipping at 1.99 or 2.99. …when you type in your debit card or credit card info, you are automatically signed up for shipments. You can call them 15 minutes after you realize it is a ripoff and you will still b chgd 86.93

Crest whitestrips are amazing for teeth whiteing! I know a few people who use them and every one of them (including the smokers and coffee drinkers) have beautiful white teeth. It will take several applications but it works! A few of my friends are also using whitening kits they’ve ordered online. Between you, me and the internet…their teeth is a lot whiter in a shorter amount of time than the ones using the strips. I’m going to order one after I remove my braces this week. It doesn’t hurt to try these teeth whiteing kits but a few minutes of my time.

SLOOOOOW Down!! You can get where you want without causing your teeth pain. You will see change after 3-6 applications, but it may be too late to stop the pain. Follow the directions on the package, and don’t "double" up on the products. If you do get into pain, try Advil with food, and wait at least one week to start back up. Watch out for ice water. It will put you through the roof if you over do. Add Act rinse at bedtime if that happens. Good luck!

You can just use peroxide, it’d be much cheaper. Just do some research and choose a method you are comfortable with. I usually dilute it and just swish it and then rinse well. My dad doesn’t even dilute it. I am too weirded out to do that.

I also recommend baking soda, that is my preference.

These are tried and true methods and dirt cheap, I don’t know why you’d bother with any of that other stuff.

Crest Whitestrips are good for a touch-up. They do whiten, but the effect only lasts a week. Maybe a couple of weeks at most. I used them daily before my wedding!
